i want to know when to inject the steroid injection at what time of the day e.g (if i am taking test e twice a week like one monday and another on thursday i want to when to inject these injections at what time of day
early in the morning,mid of the day,before workout,after workout etc when i need help from u guys when to take injection

Try make it opposites, for example- if Monday night was jab 1, jab 2 would be best on Friday morning.
I prefer to split into 3 a week but that's just working for me better for preventing mood swings ect

OP dont overcomplicate things for yourself, few hours wont make any difference at end of day
