Hey, everyone. I am new to the site, new to weightlifting and am trying to get myself into shape. I am 40 years old, 5'7'' and weight 215lbs. 10 months ago I was 265lbs so you can see I am working hard and getting my life back in order. I am open to any advice from anyone. I have looked through some of the threads and most of it is over my head as far as shop talk and terms that are being used go.
