Sure..

42 5' 11" about 185 lbs maybe 8 percent body fat. 24 years training, that's lifting. Usually lift approx 8 months a year with other months quite active. Not much PCT knowledge as you'll see from my previous cycles, I've always been cautious. I've used tamoxifen from aar with success coming off Test. 4 previous cycles as follows:
Age 36 var only, 50 mg per day 10 weeks. I loved it for strength.
Age 38 Andriol at 100 mg x5 per week, for 10 weeks, no pct
Age 39 Test cyp @ 400 mg a week for 10 weeks, forget the pct dosage, but it was Tamoxifen for a week.
Age 40 dbol starter, can't recall the mg, but reasonable for 4 weeks while running test cyp @ 500 for 12 weeks. nolvadex 2 weeks.

Always good results and really no bad reactions. I'm not doing this for competition or for any extreme goals.

I'm almost 43 so been a couple years. I tend to do other activities and hold some size, stay strong, but def have slimmed down a bit as more cardio than free weight activity lately.

Diets always good. But not meticulous. Plan on using milk thistle and keeping my protein at 100 gs a day.

Goals are some bone density, also muscle to bone strength, strength gains, and to put a about 15 lbs back on.
